I'm getting a streak of color on the bottom layer of my hair and can't decide on a color..any ideas?

Also I dunno how I should get it cut..I need something new..

im going to the beach this entire week so when im down there me and my friends are trying to get color in our hair. im totes getting blueee! i think pink or blue would look good in our dark color hairs lo lo<33
