Hair cut while on board (Dream)

Has anyone had their hair cut in the salon? I don't see it as an option to book through the app but do see it listed on the website, so I assume I have to book onboard at the Spa on the first day? (first time cruiser here) I am currently growing my hair out to cut and donate and I thought it would be fun to chop it while we are on the cruise! Our cruise is next month so I am trying to decide if I can fit this in - do spots fill up quick, do I need to rush there to book it to get a decent time slot?

Also, what are the hours of the salon onboard the Dream?
