Hair and Makeup!

Hi everybody. My name is Lily. I am going to be marrying NikkiPants! I always log in as her and read everybody's posts and look at pictures so I figured it was time that I made my own name so I can stop abusing hers, haha.

So, here are some of my questions...

Does anybody have any advice on hair stylists to use an makeup artists? I am hoping that they can come straight to our room in the resort and work their magic.

Anybody who got the MK photo package, were the hair stylists and makeup artists able to come and do your hair and makeup incredibly early in the morning?

If you get your hair and makeup ready early in the morning for MK shots, did you need to worry about touching up your hair and makeup for your wedding later that day?

I think that's it for now. Can't wait to get to know you guys. I've already stalked some of you guys' pictures and journals, haha.

are the most popular services people here use. Both will come early to your room for the MK photoshoot. I would look through other brides TR's and see how their hair and makeup turned out to help you decide who you like more.

I would definitely recommend Patricia - I just had my hair/makeup trial with her when we were down in WDW 2 weeks ago. You can check out the pictures in my PJ! She is awesome!

I am using Ana from Beaute Speciale. I agree that most brides either use Ana or Patricia La Jeune and after seeing both of their work in pics on the boards I think that both of them are great! Good Luck and Welcome to the DIS!

Debbie is amazing. I work in tv / video production and she does my makeup every week. She does a lot of production in town and is a darling! Yes.. she's fabulous!!! I also believe her prices might be a bit more reasonable than the other vendors most people use.

I did not use her for my wedding because I hadn't met her yet.. but if I had, I would have. I have worked with multiple makeup artists in town and I will say that Debbie is one of the best. She's extremely personable, kind, and very very talented

I used Yolanda Winters for my wedding because I had worked with her on a shoot - she too is amazing (quepasamakeup.com).

Again,... yes, yes. yes! Debbie is awesome!!!
