Ugh about the makeup, I would have been freaking out too. Not the best way to start off a vacation. That's cool that you wear Mary Kay, my mom's a consultant for them so I've grown up wearing it and it's not a brand i hear very many people say they wear so good choice lol

I am the same way at Welcome Centers. I love getting a ton of brochures. I think I have been doing that since I was little, little, and apparently, I am not going to ever stop.

I still can't believe you left your make-up in Georgia! I would have died!!! Too funny that you put on big sunglasses to go outside and take pictures of the resort. You crack me up, Heather! I am sure you looked lovely without make-up!

It was nice to see the new construction going on across the lake. We could step out of our room and see it. It'll be interesting to see the progress that has been made when we get back in July.

I lurked on some of your pre-TR and your previous trippie, but this time I'm posting and joining in early (by early I mean when the thread is less than 10 pages ). So far, I'm totally loving it! I cannot wait to hear all the MIL stories. And what kind of make up you bought...I typically only wear make up if I have to but I'm weird about other cosmetic things so I totally sympathize with you! Good thing you guys had a car! And I love Hollie's Dumbo shirt in the last update!

I totally get the no make up situation but had to laugh a little at the way you woke Chad and told him the emergency! Hope you manage to find something you can wear at Ulta.

I remember reading about your emergency on FB. I knew you had to be freaking out because I know I have never seen you without any make-up on! I would've been the same way. I won't wear make-up when I'm just lounging around, but to go a whole trip without make-up would be bad! Glad you were able to go get some.

oh no! I'd be upset too if I left my makeup behind. 5 years ago I'd have laughed my head off if you told me that, but now I don't leave the house without at least foundation, powder, and mascara. Can't wait to hear what happened next!

I totally feel your pain about the makeup. Usually all I need to wear is concealer and guess what I forgot on our last trip to Disney? Since we didn't have a car or anything I had to suck it up and walk around with bags It was horrible!

ACK!!! That's my biggest nightmare!! I would have totally done the same thing you did! Glad you were able to locate an Ulta, though.

My DH laughs because we usually go to WDW in the summer, when it's a million degrees and your make-up melts off about 30 seconds from your hotel room door. I don't care, I'll still take the time and put on "my face".

OH MY GOSH!!!! You forgot your makeup at HOME???? Don't you HATE that?? Then you have to go spend $$ and time and try and duplicate what you have at home. I guess now you can just put the new make up in the suitcase with your other straightener. I just can't wait to hear about the rest of your trip!

Oh yes!!!!! I was so sick!!!! I think what made it so bad was that I had to buy some new stuff. I already had my lipstick, lipliner, eyeliner, and mascara. It was just the thought of getting the other stuff!

I bet Chad's face was priceless...thats what my brother would like if I woke him up and said that(especially at 6:35 am). I LOVE Hollie's Tinkerbell pants!!! They are awesome!!!

I already knew about the no-makeup fiasco but I'm glad you got some that day. I will occasionally go somewhere without makeup but I don't really like to....don't feel like myself. So I would've made a trip to Target or somewhere to get some for sure!

I gave MIL my camera bag and I had it inside it. Well, she took my camera out to take a picture of us on Splash Mountain and it fell out! It wouldn't have been so bad but I paid $20 bucks for it!! Ugh!!
