Had to waitlist BW for January. WOW

You can definetly see that when Saratoga is finished it is going to be hard to get rooms at the smaller resorts at the 7 month mark. I know there are not many 2 bedroom standard views but I called each day at the 7 month mark and got 5 out of the 7 nights had to waitlist 2 nights. And January is a slow time for DVC. Just thought I would let people know make those ressies ASAP.

Yes, standard views (any size) at 7 months are tough to get, although I am a bit surprised that you weren't able to get one for January. Were you perhaps trying to get something around Marathon weekend or MLK weekend? Those particular times in January are more popular than the rest of January. Hope your waitlist comes through soon.

You must have been trying around a busy weekend. I could have gotten BV or PV at BWV, even during Marathon weekend. I couldn't get SV for the weekend but could have gotten it starting Tuesday. From what I had heard, though, teh BWV SV is one of the hardest things to get. that yuo get your wait listed days. I just stuck with SSR. Marathon, resort with spa, hmmm......

Dates we will be there are 1/14 thru 1/21. Not really a busy time but our waitlist came through so we are excited. Thanks for the replies.

That is over MLK weekend, so it is one of the busier times in January. Glad teh wait list came through though!!!!!

That was a short waitlist, glad that it came through for you! At more then 7 months out, I had to waitlist for a standard 2 bedroom for the August trip, but it came through for me quickly as well.
