Had to rebook ME

When I booked our flights in September, I also booked ME. I have the email to verify. We leave on March 6th and I hadn't received our luggage tags, etc yet, so I called MS. They had NO record of my ME request, so I had to rebook it.

Lesson learned -- If you are leaving within 30 days and have not yet received your ME package, call MS.
 
Yet another example of why I wish MS wasn't in charge of booking ME...good thing you caught it! (Although I'd also say that with the ME ineptitude I've experienced at MS, you very well could have had it booked and they didn't see it;))

How do you get an e-mail to verify ME? I never got one before so is that new?

Had exactly the same thing happen to me last time, I had to call and have them do it again :confused3 Then when I was at the resort I didn't receive the information for the flight home. When we went to ask where our information was they had no record of us being in the system:sad2:

This time around we are going to double check everything!:thumbsup2
 

This just happened to me for our trip in Dec. I realized about a week & a half before our trip that I didn't have any luggage tags. I called MS to see what the problem was and when she looked up my info they had United Kingdom instead of United States and it was just sitting in limbo in their system somewhere.
Thankfully, the CM corrected the problem and overnighted my tags to me.

It's not just MS. My parents booked DME for their vacation next month at a "regular" resort, and when their documents came, there was nothing about a return flight, although I'd given it to DME (I booked the reservation for them), so they had to call again. Yet, when I've used DME thru MS, I've never had a problem (yet) and have an Email confirmation sitting on my computer for my next trip. Mom and Dad never got an Email confirmation for theirs.

We've always received an email to confirm the details when I booked ME through the DVC website.

However, although it was correct on the confirmation email, when I received it, the date was incorrect so I called ME directly and they assured me that it's been corrected. I'm hoping it's fine. So, it's always best to verify the voucher when you get it.
