Had any luck changing a FP with a CM due to a dinning conflict

Has anyone had luck going to guest services and having a Fastpass changed due to dinning conflict? I was so happy to get a 7DMR fast pass for myself and my son. But his overlaps our CRT reservation, his is 9-10. Mine is 10-11. Our reservation is at 9:15 I know we can make it there before 11 but his wont work. Hoping a CM will help me. My daughter who is 3,has talked about eating at the castle for the last two months!

I think it's unlikely that they will change your FP, especially since SDMT is the most popular ride at MK right now.

To avoid disappointment, I would keep trying for a different time for your son's FP.
