Had a wonderful time at CSR for 10 nights!

I have a few questions about Mug refills and the Pepper Market. It has been about 5 years since we stayed there and I can't remember the answers...

1) Where do you get Mugs refilled? Do you have to go into the Pepper Market?

2) We usually just have oatmeal for breakfast while the kids gets muffins or such. We also usually take it back to the room while everyone continues to get ready. Is there anyway to avoid paying the 10% service charge on such a purchase?

Mugs can be filled at the pool, at the Pepper Market, at the little window outside the Pepper Market, and at all the lounges.

Just get a to go ticket and you will not have to pay the 10% gratuity. The ticket has a to go stamp on it.

Hi everyone,
Just back from 10 nights at CSR and we had a wonderful stay!! I will stay again in the future. Everything was great from the room location 8B Cabanas room 8604. We where just steps away from bus stop 4. We had wonderful bus service for the whole trip. The resort is breath taking. Very pretty. The Pepper Market was easy to use and the food was very good. However we did not like the Maya Grill. It was the worst meal of our trip. If any one has any questions I will be glad to help answer them.

We know requests are not guaranteed but we requested cabanas 9B but we'll be happy in whatever section we stay I'm sure.
About Maya Grill..... We do have an ADR for one night there. We've read so many mixed reviews on it but since we're staying there we're going to try it.
I read somewhere they have 2 different size refillable mugs. Did you notice them offering that? Do you remember the cost of them?

I don't think they offer the 64oz mug any longer. Not 100% though, just what I've gather from reading posts.
