We only stayed one night at the WL, there were 6 of us and we requested two rooms. Well, they upgraded us to a 2 bdrm villa! Too bad we had to switch to the Poly for the Land/sea.
That said, I LOVED THE POLY! What magic it has. The greenery, the layout, just loved it!!!
After our cruise, we went and stayed at the Royal Pacific at Universal. It has the same theme, but not the intimacy of the Poly. In fact, the staff was indifferent and not responsive to our needs at all! SIL's key didn't work 3xs and she kept going back and forth. Next, her blow dryer blew up and she asked 4-5 people about getting another. Never happened.
