Had a Placeholder and Booked, but Can I Change Online?

We booked a placeholder in January and then reserved the actual cruise when the 2017 itineraries came out last month. With the rest of 2017 coming out this week, if we find another cruise for later in the year, can I change it online, or do I have to call?

Darn it! I was hoping not to have to wait on hold again, like the last opening day. Oh well, I guess it's worth it.

Since this group of sailings does not include summer, perhaps opening day will not be so busy. We can hope!
