Hacker Steals Millions of Credit Card #'s

Did anyone else hear this news story? The only info I could get was that a computer hacker gained access to more than 5 million of Visa and Mastercard's account #'s. The hacker breached the security of a company (don't know which) that processes transactions for merchants. The hacking involved more than 3 million Visa #'s and close to 2 million mastercard #'s. Anyone else have any more information? Anyone know what company it is that the hacker gained access to?
