Just received email may be additional 3-4 week delay or they may cancel - stay tuned - so sad I hope I get it

I just got an e-mail from Shop Disney saying my order (from 8/22) could be delayed an additional 3-4 weeks and may not be fulfilled at all. It directed me to reply to the e-mail to cancel my order.

I'm not cancelling. I'll wait them out.

Same! What a mess they created. I ordered early on 8/23. Hope my order gets filled but not holding out much hope. I promptly got my scrunchies that were my filler item for free shipping.

Due to overwhelming demand and limited inventory, delivery of orders is taking an additional 3-4 weeks longer than expected and unfortunately, we may not be able to fulfill all orders. Orders are fulfilled and shipped based on when they were received. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel your order and notify you by email of the cancellation. I just got e-mails with tracking numbers for all but 2 of my H20 plus items. Hope the remaining 2 items ship as well, but I'll be thrilled if the rest actually ships out (tracking link is not live yet).

I received an email for each item / same UPS # which UPS states does not exist - things are looking great I’m remaining Hopeful !!! I’ve got nothing to lose here - I hope everyone eventually receives their orders !!! I’ll let you know my progress !! UPS is not great in my area to say the least !!

My shampoo and mint rub shipped 8/27… says arrival tomorrow! That’s long shipping! The conditioner is still in progress. I ordered at 11AM EST on 8/22.

I received 5 emails yesterday for 2 orders (on 22 Aug). None of the 12 oz sized bottles of conditioner are coming according to the email, but as an afterthought I had ordered 2 travel sets and it appears I will be receiving the sets.
Now, I wish I had ordered the 12 oz bottle sets because this was intended to be a gift--I don't know , it might be a lame gift without the conditioner? But, maybe it will still come? Shop Disney says, "Estimated tor arrive Aug 28, 2022" (Do they have a time machine?)

Still no word on the 1st order I made (on 22 Aug) from which I already received another item, but no spa H20 items... Shop Disney says this one is "in Progress".

The UPS web site says the shipments will be here tomorrow.

Update - on shopDisney it states tracking delivered same day as other items in my order which was weeks ago - but UPS NOW states items will be delivered TODAY !! Super excited !! Can’t wait to come home and see if they are here !! Will be checking my Ring today !!

That's funny. I also ordered 12 oz bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so I could make sets as gifts. Only the conditioner is coming. The shampoo and bodywash are still "in process".

I'm not holding my breathe. But if they turn up, it will be a pleasant surprise.

I did note my credit card was charged for the order minus the shampoo and body wash.

I ordered a bar of soap - on sale for $3.49 - to call it tiny is a joke - it’s SO tiny - I don’t recall ever seeing anything this small ever - even in rooms or on the Ships !! Very very tiny ! I just laughed
So happy I got my

Conditioner
Body Wash
Ooh I’m off to take a nice long shower and pretend I’m on the Ship and use my tiny soap !!

Lol, I ordered several bars as well. Mine should be delivered today. Hope I can find the tiny bar in the big box. Haha!

Mine just arrived (minus the shampoo and body wash I had ordered). The soaps were small, but they are what I remember from my last trip to WDW in April. I would never have paid full price for them, but $3.49 was about the top of what I was willing to spend to pretend I'm at WDW.

Hello fellow H2O+ product lovers!

Placed my order 08/22. I was worried when my shopdisney.com shipping confirmation email earlier this week showed two items were missing from the order.

Double-checked my shopdisney.com account order history this morning and it shows everything has now shipped, despite not receiving a second confirmation email.

Suggest anyone who is waiting may wish to try this, and hopefully you will have good news!
