Interested in going this summer? Has anyone been with long lines before? DH loves the wave pool but would be more inclined to go on slides with the rest of family if lines were consistently known to be under 10-15 minutes during the party. Also what's the policy on weather? If it gets stormed out would we be reimbursed?

Totally worth going! Wait times were definitely very short.

Even though this is a special “hard ticketed” event, I would not plan on Disney reimbursing for storms. This was a reply on Blizzard Beach but the same idea would go for Typhoon Lagoon.

We went to the third party last year in late June and there was almost zero lines. It was very nice! Am going again this August.

We went last August and experienced no lines at all. We had so much fun we’re going again this summer.

One word of advice, study the map! It’s dark with very mimimal pathway lights. We couldn’t find tube slides we knew we had rode during the day. We stayed in one spot and rode the same two slides over and over then hit the wave pool - which has crazy large waves the last 30 mins of the night. We left after midnight! It was such a fun night.
