H&V Lunch Hours?

Does anyone know what time H&V's lunch hours are???

I believe they are from 11:30 - 4:30

Thanks, I had called WDW DINE to find out, they really don't have exact hours but the last PS available was at 2:30, she said they usually end lunch between 3-3:30, I don't care, just as long as those characters are still there when we get there and some food would be a nice thing.
