H&V late breakfast Qs

Hi, we have 10:10 reservations at H&V on a day breakfast ends at 10:20. Lunch starts at 11:20. A few questions:

Will there still be plenty of breakfast food available before they start putting it away?

When will lunch food start coming out?

Will the Disney Jr characters be out long enough for us to see them all?

When do the characters change over to Minnie and friends?

At other places I have eaten at during the turnover (TuskerHouse) they kept the food coming out while people were there and we actually got better character experiences because with so few tables being occupied they could spend more time with us.
