H&V 8 am ADR...TSM??

Hi, we are trying to decide if we want to keep our 8 am ADR at H&V. I was excited thinking we would get first crack at TSM, but when I look at the map, H&V is near the entrance, nowhere near TSM (right?). So is there any advantage at all? And if we finish prior to rope drop, where do they hold you? Are you mixed in with all the regular rope droppers, or are you in a different spot? We've never done a meal at DHS before, and have only been in the park once!

Also, anyone who has had an early ADR there, can you get close to the sorcerer's hat to get pictures before the meal? Thanks!

It's not a huge park, so you're plenty close. I think you'll be fine to keep your ADR. Though my son hated that breakfast. It was too loud for him and he was afraid of the characters' big heads.
