H/A room ressie

i made a ressie yesterday for next august for a h/a room for my son. On the confirmation email.. all it says is guarenteed handrails.. it doesnt say anything about having a handicapped room. its at the caribbean beach. should it specify that its a h/a room on the confirmation sheet?? when i called they did put me on hold for special guest services to check to make sure a room was available.

Try calling Special (Medical) Reservations directly at 407-939-7807. Have your confirmation in hand so you can give them the number. They should be able to give you an accurate answer as to what you have reserved.
