Gym at the Polynesian?

When I booked, I thought I'd seen something that said the Poly had a gym. Now, all I'm finding is a link to the GF's Spa and Health Club.

Do Poly guests have to go to the GF to work out?

Since it's part of the "Spa", does this mean they'll charge me to use the gym?

How big a PITA is it do go to the GF to work out? I was planning on going early in the morning, just to work out with the weights/resistance machines/whatever they have there, but not cardio stuff, I figure I'll do enough walking while in the parks. Do they have enough equipment to make it worth the trek over there?

It's actually closer to much of the Polynesian than the GF. The equipment is vrey nice and plentiful.

Thanks to both of you. After reading your answers, I found a map and I can see that the health club isn't far at all, and it looks like a nice walk. I am looking forward to checking out the wedding pavillion on the way.

I haven't used the health club at GF while staying at the Poly, but I will this Oct. Last year we were only there for 4 days, and did okay without a workout, but this year we're there for a full week, gotta get to the gym.
