Well, let's see. I wear them to the bank, to the grocery store, to the mall, to the university, to the park, in my house, in my yard, to church, in the car, when I go for a walk, and pretty much everywhere else I go to.

Well I am young, so I wear them around my hips. Like lowrise. I guess, heck! I wear them wherever they fall

I have always always hated that look. It's like why the heck do I want to know that you have Spongebob boxers on?

Regardless of whether they're jeans, khakis, suit pants, whatever, I wear them around my hips, about 2-3 inches below my bellybutton. Any higher and you run the risk of getting into Steve Urkel territorry.
