hi everyone! I am new to disboards so I'm not sure if I have missed it, but I am wondering if anyone has the steak gumbo recipe from royal street veranda or knows where to find it? I loved it and would love to give it a go at home - I am in South Australia so definitely a little far to go back for soup!! Thanks

The disboards has a cooking forum where someone posted this recipe for the New Orleans Square Gumbo which they said they received from City Hall in Disneyland. It is in post #2342 along with 4 other recipes from New Orleans Square:

You can also email Disneyland Guest Services and ask for recipes. We've gotten recipes from the park, but there are some like the Carthay Circle Biscuits that they have not released.
