gulf coast villa

I wonder if any one can help me. I need to book a villa in the gulf coast area, we don't mind being slightly inland. I have emailed a few places but have had no reply.
Has anyone on the boards stayed in a villa here that they can recomend to us. We want to stay for a week from 25th sept '03.

Do you know whereabouts you'd like to be on the Gulf Coast?

We've stayed in two places which we really liked and would be happy to recommend, but they weren't in the usual resorts suggested for Gulf Coast visits. One was in Port Charlotte and the other in Cape Coral (near Fort Myers). PM me if you think either of these might interest you.

We are staying in a villa in Hudson, near New Port Richey in August. We found it on www.villas2000.com . There are loads of Gulf coast villas to choose from. Highly recommended

I don't get on the boards much now, too many things going on around me and a very very slow computer which takes an age to get going before it crashes again

Thanks very much Lakal for that website it's fantastic, just need to decide where to stay now. Have you stayed on the gulf before? we haven't ,only ever done Disney for the 2 weeks, now were getting quite overdosed on Mickey. and the kids are much older we want a week away from mickey

We have stayed in Naples for a week at the Naples Beach Hotel and Country Club. It was lovely and right on the beach
Personally though I would go for a villa anytime.

Just seconding the villas.2000 site - we've booked through them for May, I really like the site.
