I have been following his trial and would have been SHOCKED if the jury did not find him guilty. I hope all the others involved are found guilty as well.

Yep. On our dime. Isn't it comforting to know he'll get to live a long life behind bars? complete sarcasm. Death by lethal injection wouldn't even be enough IMHO for this disgusting bunch - too quick and painless.

I can't even begin to understand.....just reading the news story made me cry. How horrible. Someone needs to slowly hack all of his appendages off with a dull knife. Maybe then his opinion of how great it is might change. What a lowlife.

We watched the verdict live from my office and our only regret was that they can't sentence him to death. Unfortunately the taxpayers of New Hampshire are going to have to pay to house him in prison until he dies. Which we hope will be soon. And we hope it will be terrifying and painful.

I think he should be punished to death as well,*not to turn this into a political debate* but I did a research paper once and found that it was actually LESS money to keep a convicted killer in prison for life than it was to execute them because of the costly appeals processes granted to those facing executions. Now, this research was done several years and costs may have changed since then, but at the time it was actually more cost effective to keep them alive than try to follow through on an execution.

IMO, keeping him behind bars for a long life, where he hopefully will be miserable....is a very fitting punishment. My only hope is that he lives long enough to mature and regret what he has done, and live with that pain.
