Guides "off" on President's Day?

I'm waiting for a callback from our guide (Kathy Rader), who was out on the cruise (again) last week. Theoretically, will she call me back on Monday or will she be out of the office until Tuesday? Does anybody know?

President's Day is not a DVC holiday.

There are guides "on duty" 7 days a week, they rotate days off. So it could still be possibly her day off.

Thanks for the help! I realize that if it IS her day off I could still be out of luck until Tuesday, but I guess I"ll have to take my chances. There's hope, anyway!

I'd have thought with the banks closed the guides might be off.
