Yes, you will have the same guide assigned to you. However, you most likely won't have much interaction with him/her, as you don't call guides for reservations, dining, etc. Reservatons go through Member Services, basically a phone bank similar to how you make cash reservations through Disney. Guides are basically sales people, and you'll deal with them if you decide to do an add-on contract directly through Disney in the future.
