Guide on vacation- what to do

Hi- I have decided to do an add-on at AKL. I want to do this so I can book a reservation w/ 11 month on Jan 8. Just called guide and voice mail says on vacation until 1/12. What do I do? Voicemail said that it would date stamp for any promotions but that will not help in this matter

It is only 4 days past 11month mark...I think you would still be okay to get in at AKV at this time. Besides, guide can help I am sure. Given the time frame, I think I would go ahead and wait on this one. JMO

I'd just call the sales office (1-800-800-9100) and ask for another guide to help with the transaction. Your guide will still get credit for the add-on. For an early December reservation, it may be very necessary to call right at 11 months to get what you really want.

Thanks for the phone number and infno. I am a rather new member- just joined in May09. We will be trying for a Concierge villa so I know it's important to call for ressie asap.

I would definitely call and ask them to get someone to help you at least start the process so you can make the reservation.

When we added on at BLT last year (the day before they opened for reservations), my guide got the points into the system for me within hours. We didn't complete the paperwork and such for days, but he did what was needed so I could book the very next day (was trying for a Dec reservation).

And I agree, with concierge, I would want to be on the phone right at 9:00 am!
