Guide finally returned my call

Kind of funny. Part of the reason I wanted to talk to him was to see when I would be receiving my paperwork. Well, as I was answering the phone to talk to him, FedEx was ringing the doorbell with my welcome kit! He apologized for taking over a week to get back to me and explained how crazy things have been. I'm back to being happy now! I have my paperwork and I'm one step closer to feeling "official"!

With the price increase, the AKV member sales, etc...I'm not surprised they're swamped.

It's only gonna get worse next week.
