Guide Book That Includes Carsland?

I learned a lot reading the Unofficial Guide prior to our first Disney World trip and wanted to get the Disneyland version but the newest one, which includes Carsland, won't be out until after we are already in California. Has anyone seen a good nitty guide that is out, or will be in the next month, that includes the updated DCA info?

Stick to reading this board, and you will be able to write your own guidebook by the time of your trip.

I agree, this board has been incredibly helpful and I'm glad I found it.

Skiing fast is right, you can find out more information on the internet then in the books anyway. The information is nearly a year old by the time the books come out.

I am also super glad I found this board and I also agree that guide book info is almost a year old before it hits stores, but I like The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland. I think it is a good reference guide for most things, although CL and BV won 't be in there is lots of other stuff that hasn't changed. I do think the hotel section is pretty useless though, and I 'd use the boards for strategies.

I bought the Unofficial Guide for this trip and it's handy. I have one for each Disney trip we've ever taken, so it's kind of a tradition at this point but it's useful to have all that information in one place. That said, I have learned much more from lurking on these boards than I ever have from reading the guide book.

I bought the most recent Unofficial Guide for this trip and it includes Cars Land. It hadn't opened yet, but a lot was known and I think it's decent. But for DLR (as opposed to WDW) I prefer to just read up on the website and use a wait time app.
