Have you ever considered having Adam the Woo on the show? He would be a very entertaining guest and has a lot of Disney knowledge. Thoughts?
I would say that, if Oliver asking silly questions is looked down at, then folks need to relax and take it down a notch. We are talking about a place where people walk around with mouse ears on their heads. Disney is supposed to be happy, fun stuff...not something to get your panties in a wad over. One reason I think Adam the Woo would be a good guest is his genuine excitement about the Disney parks. I would like to see him interacting with Pete and the gang. I really like the show, but it is a little heavy, structured, and sometimes negative (too much complaining) sometimes. I think having some fun guests, even if they aren't imagineers or historians, would lighten it up a bit.Agree with Mike, Oliver just asking silly questions was met with some leery feedback from viewers. Adam the Woo would be met with outright protests by some listeners.
Now are there other guests that would be interesting, absolutely. I'd love to have Christina the ABD guide, the guy at the Land that makes the food packaging, really any Disney historian or former imagineer.
Anyways, if I wanted to follow fame seeking Adam, I would, I'd prefer a guest interview that I wouldn't normally have access to.
He's snuck around more than river country. Personally I don't think his personality would work with the podcast. I also don't think he lives in Florida anymore. What "questionable activities"? Sneaking into River Country? So happy someone did it.
If anything, more of a reason to have him on.
And anyway, since he was banned and unbanned from Disney World, he doesn't sneak into any places he's not legally allowed to anymore.
Him and Justin Scarred would be good guests.

I didn't say he would be working for them. It's just my opinion.i know. He's done a lot of fun stuff!
Also, he would be a guest..so I don't know why a guest needs to be a certain personality. We're not talking about him working for them.
And he doesn't live in Florida, but comes here often.
He left his California home a few months back and is living on the road (posts a new video about everyday) and just doing a long road trip everywhere.
He was actually just in Orlando (or still is) with Justin Scarred at Disney World.
I guess I'm totally missing how the Dis benefits by associating their brand with a controversial rule breaker. *shrugs
First, let me say that if you watched a few of his videos, you might see things differently. There are lots of Youtubers who want to be edgy and controversial; that is not Adam’s MO, at all. Yes, he makes a video every day. I’m not sure why that would tell you that he has no original ideas or insights. I know that I have learned a lot about Disney by watching his videos, and more importantly, have been inspired by his contagious energy and love for Disney. He has a lot of subscribers that agree. Since the topic of the show is Disney, and Adam is known for being a fan and aficionado, there is overlap and a common interest. I think a lot of folks appreciate it when a show mixes it up and brings in a guest. The cross-pollination (folks who are his fans get turned on to the DIS, and vice versa) would be beneficial. Every guest can’t be a hit with every viewer, but I think that even folks who didn’t know him would agree that he knows and appreciates Disney (much more than Oliver…whom I like…just making a point). The DIS presents a lot of information and news about Disney, and if that is their niche, then that is fine. I like to be informed as much as the next person. However, some people also appreciate the perspective of someone who doesn’t take themselves so seriously. I know I enjoy the DIS episodes where they loosen up a bit and we get to know more about how they think and feel. Disney is about being a kid and having fun. If you look at some of the comments on this thread, it sounds like it is coming from monks or accountants (or possibly monk-accountants). Loosen up people! He makes a video everyday?! Then there is little original or new content he could share as a guest.
Also there is a goal of providing access or better coverage to information not readily available. Anyone wanting info on Adam would just go to his social media.

I am not sure he would be a good fit for the show. His "questionable" activities could bring unwanted attention to the show. But you never know. That is for Craig and Pete to decide.

Interesting, thanks for the response Craig! There are actually members of the team who really enjoy Adam and we did actually reach out to him at one point to see if we could collaborate on something. Personally, I'd still love to do something with him or JustinScarred now that we are vlogging in the parks and have a better chance at running into them, but unfortunately I have still have never had the chance to meet either of them and doubt they are very aware of who any of us are since we are are on different spectrums. We of course are very familiar and know all of our fellow media people, but I haven't been able to meet a lot of the popular vloggers that myself and many others enjoy watching.
