Guests getting magical express that are already in orlando 2 weeks.

Hi we will be staying at saratoga springs resort in a few weeks. We will get magical express to the hotel. We will have 2 guests staying with us during our stay. They will be in orlando a few weeks before us on a cruise (not disney). My question is when we are getting magical express from mco can my guests get it too even though they will be in florida 2 weeks by then.

If they are listed on your reservation, they can get the ME .

My daughter often come to visit us during the week-end (she works for an airline cie) while we stay in our DVC.

She is listed on our reservation. Even if she does not have her ME voucher, she just ask at the ME counter at the Airport and they can see that she is listed and she takes the ME without any problem.

No problem.

1. Must be on room reservation.
2. Make a Magical Express reservation in advance (of desired travel date on or after room stay began)
3. Report to Orlando International Airport. "B" side lowest level, corner away from Hyatt hotel.

It may speed up the reservation process if you have a flight number in mind. Any flight, any airline, arriving at about the time you want to take Magical Express. The reservationist may or may not ask for that.
