In December, we have reservations for a 2BR and are taking my parents and DSis and BIL with us. Since DSis and BIL are from another part of the country, they will be arriving after us. Can we check in without them there? And if we can, can we check in, get our tickets and room cards(if avail) then go to the parks and DSis can get her tickets and room key while we are out? TIA

Absolutely! You can even check in for everyone and have their cards and keys left for them to pick up at the front desk when they arrive.

Ditto on Diane above, but just be sure that all their names appear on the reservation as well (just to CYA).

As pumpkinboy said
but just be sure that all their names appear on the reservation as well
. Whom ever made the reservation should call member services and add everyone's name whom you wish to be allowed to check in and get room keys (listed people on the reservation can check in as they show up and recieve room(s) keys that will be waiting for them) and I would include both members names that are on the contract that made the reservation.

Be aware, as far as I know, since you have rented only 1 room, the room keys will all be "linked together". If the member who made the reservation decides to have charging ability with thier room key - It will be thier credit card only on the cards that will pay for total bills on the keys. So you can just not give key charging privilages to thier cards, just like I do for my kids
