My wife and I are annual passholders and live in Florida. We occasionally have one or two guests (e.g. visitors who stay overnight at our home) and would like to be able to take them to one of the parks during the visit. What is the best ticket option? Is there anything lower cost than purchasing a one day value ticket? Is there any kind of "only valid when accompanied by annual passholder" ticket break?

You would likely get more input if you asked this question on the Theme Park Attractions and Strategy forum rather than here on the Resorts Forum.
But I don't believe there is anything cheaper than a 1 day ticket.
We are AP holders and there is no AP related guest pass

I think there is a current promotion for Florida Residents that allows you to purchase a 3 day ticket for $139, not sure if you can purchase for people who are 'non residents' but it's worth checking, that breaks down to less than $50 per day.... may not help if you are looking for 'cheaper' as opposed to 'better value'.

Does that 3 day ticket expire 14 days after first use - making it expensive for a one day visit.

I checked the terms and conditions and it doesn't say... it only says that they don't have to be used on consecutive days.

FL resident here.....

We can't purchase adult FL resident tickets for non-FL residents since everyone must prove residency at ticket pick up. Purchasing for a minor is a gray area. We can do it, but we have to be present at ticket pick up.

Yes, I remember a few months ago there was a special for FL residents to purchase a one day ticket for a discounted rate. I believe the ticket had to be purchased day of. I believe this promotion is over though - I could be wrong.
