Guest Services Question at the DLR Hotels

It has been a long time since we stayed onsite but this summer we are going to do it. I remember hearing somewhere that if you stay onsite you can have Disney book your dining for you. I want to do the Fantasmic dessert buffet. But 30 days prior to our visit when the booking opens I will be in Europe and it will be hard for me to call and make the res. Can I have Disney do it for me automatically?

You just need to be staying at a resort hotel or Villas from what I was told on the phone.

I rang the vacation planning yesterday. they were very helpful.
I will also be away within the 30 days. and i was told to ring a couple of months before i go and they will organize everything i need. They also sent me an email of the celebration packs they have. I am staying at the DIsney Hotel and am also hoping the Fantasmic Desert offer is available when we travel in January.
