Can anyone tell me where Guest Services at the MK is, and what time it opens? How long should it take to get unexpired tickets changed for new ones? Has anyone used tickets that were bought for a child who now an "adult" according to Disney, and used the child ticket for a different child? Is there a place I can find out where the Guest Services is located at other parks?

Thanks.

There is a Guest Services (Guest Relations) at Magi Kingdom in City Hall, which is the big building on the far left just as you enter the park and have come out from under the train station.

Ther is also a Guest Services outside MK if you do not want to tick off a day on your park pass, I'm not exactly sure where, someone said it was to the right of the turnstile line.

I am just guessing that the booth outside MK is open at least half an hour before the park opens. It took me about five minutes to buy an annual pass, and I guess it would take five minutes or less to exchange a child pass for an adult pass not counting waiting in line.

The suggestion goin' 'round is for a child 10 or 11 to keep using his old ticket as-is.

Outside the park, Guest services is to the far far right (closest to the Contemporary) when looking at the train station. They are in a ticket window looking building.

First, it may take a while, so what we do when we need Guest Services, is go the night before. All the parks have a GS office before you enter the park, exactly for this reason. You don't need to use an admission to get there. If you are staying off-site and go later in the day, you shouldn't have to pay to park; just explain what you need to do.

As long as your tickets aren't linked to the biometric system, if it's easier, then I would just use the kid's pass for a kid, any kid. There probably isn't a name on the ticket, and when the child uses it, if there are days left, it will then be linked biometrically to that child. We have done that in the old days.

Patty - It takes less than a minute if all goes well to change the ticket over. Just be prepared to answer questions about the ticket's previous usage, and be able to verify that the ticket truly belongs to your party.

As far as using the ticket for another person, all disney tickets are "Nontransferable; must be used by the same person on any and all days" :)
