Guest Services - hours?

I will be arriving late Sunday evening and need to upgrade my 5 day park hopper tickets to AP. How late is Guest Services open and which Guest Services desk do you recommend for such an upgrade?

I also want to take advantage of the DDE card. I know I can go to Epcot to pick up a card on Monday but can I go through the ordering process Sunday evening?

Depends on how late is late. The Guest Relations that is open the latest is at DTD. They are open until 11. Epcot is open until at least 9. And if there's a park having EMH evening hours, their GR will be open late as well.

You cannot get a DDE card at Epcot. It is only available by phone. You must have either the AP or the AP voucher to call and order. They will ask you for the numbers from the back. You can ask DDE to fax a copy of the confirmation to your resort or email it to you if you will have access to your email and a printer. The confirmation will be honored at the food establishments.
