First off, thanks for everyone's help on this board. We spent 4 nights at grand Californian and had a wonderful time on our first ever disneyland trip.

Let me know if you have any questions and I will try to answer.

We did use destination sitters and they were wonderful!

Our trip was 99 percent magical but did encounter a cast member manager that was so awful that the lady behind us was crying down Main Street on her first day. I ended up talking to her and was really upset by this one manager. I did complain to guest services while I was there but feel the need to follow up with an email as I feel he needs to be retrained, especially since he is a manager and hopefully his employees do not take on his sour attitude. Does anyone know a email address for guest services so we can politely send an email about our experience?
