Guest services email?

I forget Disney term for it, but does anyone have the email for the Disneyland Hotel guest services?

We are going to be there during my niece's birthday, if I request it they will provide balloons and signed character photos right?

We called the hotel and asked for guest services, and they took our request for balloons and a signed character picture. She said that's called "Magic". However, they neglected to do it for us, don't know why... it wasn't that big a deal for me so I didn't complain.

I called the hotel as well, they didn't do it for us either, altho they said they would. There should have been a signed picture of Jasmine or Alice for my DBF and a gang of balloons but they weren't there. I also called VP and ordered and paid for a gift and it was delivered to the room our first full day there.

I have arranged the pictures for my party for our upcoming trip but I was quoted a price for balloons. I did them anyway but thought it was odd as I had heard they were complimentary.

I did not really feel the "disney magic" while talking to vacation planning to be honest so I am not counting on our pics actually being there but it certainly won't ruin my trip.

When I went a couple of weeks ago, I had told the reservations cm it was my trip & they had balloons & a signed snow white photo for me at check-in at gch. It was not set up in the room, like I think the op would like, but it was still nice to get at check-in.

Thanks for all the info! I'll give it a shot and call them, if she gets them great, if not there are lots of ways I have thought to make her trip special.
