Guest Services E-Mail?

Does anyone have an email address for Guest Services? I want to drop them a line about confirming our booking for interconnecting rooms. I'm sure I've emailed them before when my name was wrong on my booking, but I can't seem to find it anywhere now

Its probably a better idea to email the hotel direct. Which one are you staying in? I have most of their emails lol

Mine bounced with an undeliverable message. I bet Disney change them often to stop people like me emailing ;)
 
i used both the direct Cheyenne one and guest services and received similar replies from each this morning saying requests couldn't be guaranteed but they will do their best to ensure our stay is as magical as possible!! :goodvibes EDIT just received one from fabio at the Cheyenne, confirming we will have interconnecting ground floor rooms Yay!
 
I emailed the Santa Fe using the direct email address on here and haven't heard back from them yet but my email didn't bounce back so I'm presuming they're just processing it still! Anyone have an idea on how long it normally takes to get a reply from them?!?!
