guest services @ disney springs??

THere was a guest services when I was there last but my experience was long lines, slow service and had to return because CM made an error! They gave us free Fp’s ... I’d rather have gotten good service instead.
I’d get elsewhere based on our experience.
Good luck!

The Disney Springs Guest Relations is called the "Welcome Center."

I've always experienced low or no waits at the DS guest service and they've always been pretty quick. It's a nice stop if you plan on seeing DS and need to take care of something at a guest service

Trust me when I tell you that this kind of report has been made on-and-off at various times (and multiple times)
about every Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World.
It's all based on a guest's luck of timing (or lack, thereof.)

I went to the Welcome Centre on Black Friday last year. Yes, yes I did. There was a bit of a wait - 30ish minutes. But I got to wait in a comfy rocking chair while people watching.

20 minute wait for me Dec 22 last year. You can sit and have a drink while the rest of your party goes shopping.

There a couple weeks ago to swap really old non RIFD tickets that had days and entitlements left on them. Wait around 5 minutes, swapped cards and out in about 10 minutes total. Got my AP at this GS last August - no issues (upgraded a pre price increase UT ticket to AP-they did the math correctly). I prefer this GS as there are nice areas to sit and wait if there is a line.

We used that location in early March and had great service. Excellent cm help and short wait time. I do not believe you should generalize that any one spot gives good or poor service.

We got our annual passes at the Guest Relations in Disney Springs. We went when they were opening and didn't have to wait but 10-15 minutes to meet with someone and she was fabulous.

Just to make @Robo's point, our experience at the DS Guest Service location has been long waits. Gone there 3 times since the new one opened and each time we have had to wait >20 minutes. We decided to go elsewhere.

I went there to validate my Canadian tickets (20% discount). It was weird. They had a line outside the building just so you could put your name on the list. Then you had to wait 30 minutes until they texted you to say you could come inside the building. Once inside the building, you had to wait for your name to be called. It was a weird system but I didn't mind... I just went to one of the local restaurants and enjoyed a drink of alcohol.
