When we stayed at the Poly in December, we had a few problems that I emailed guest services about. I received an email back stating that someone would be getting in touch we me. Low and behold, this afternoon, a very kind person called and was very apalled at the problems we had and that they hadn't been taken care of then and there. After quite a few minutes, she said that they would like us to feel better about our vacation and she was sending me a check in the amount of 10% of our bill. I told her she was very kind, but we managed and it was ok. No, she insisted, we truly want you and your family to come back again in the future so the check would be in the mail. I was a little suprised about the entire conversation. She was so sympathetic and a genuinly nice person. She didn't want us to hestiate about making plans to come back.... So, we're going back again in December! Just thought you all would like to know that emails do get answered!
