Guest services call?

We complained to guest services about some issues during our October trip. Besides extra FP, we were told that someone would follow up with us via phone after we returned home and said if not we should call them. They gave us a card for guest experience services and stapled a file # to it. It's been about a month now and no call. I'm wondering if I should bother calling. Is there any point to this?
 
It can't hurt. They can't fix problems if they don't know about them. Also, I think it's sometimes difficult for the frontline CMs to really get management to understand issues. Good luck
 
If it's still concerning you then it's probably worth calling them so that it can help someone else in the future.
