Do you need to get into the park with a park ticket to get to Guest Services? I need to activate my military ticket vouchers, and I would like to do it at Hollywood Studios Guest Services if I can get there without using a park ticket. Just want to make sure. Thanks

Yes there are windows before you enter the park you can also do it in dtd.

All 4 parks have a guest relations booth outside of the "turn styles", I guess they're called MB readers now? Anyway, you'll be able to activate at HS.

Awesome, thank you so much for your help. I thought so, but it was hard to tell from the map online. Thank you so much!

There are Guest Relations locations both inside & outside of each theme park, as well as two locations at Disney Springs (DTD).

The Armed Forces Salute tickets may be activated at ANY Park (including water parks, TTC and DTD) ticket or Guest Relations window.

At DHS the Windows are to the left of the entrance gates, next to the restrooms.

We had to activate our annual passes at the Studios (just so happened that's the first park we hit) so went to Guest Relations which had a long line so we were prepared to wait a bit. There was a Cast Member asking everyone in line what they needed and when we explained, he suggested we go to a regular ticket window instead as it would be faster. So, if the military tickets can be done at a regular ticket window as Cheshire said, check out those lines before you get to Guest Relations and pick the shortest one.

Thank you disnut8 and Cheshire, those are good tips. Please pardon my igorance, but are the ticket windows near Guest Relations as well at the parks? We're in the same boat, going to Hollywood Studios our first day, but we're arriving the day before and we want to activate them then. Also want to recon how long the bus is from All Star Sports to HS. Thank you all for your comments and help. 10 more days for us!

I think the only park that doesn't have true Ticket Windows, or at least not a lot of them, is at the entrance to the MK. Their windows are at the TTC and traditionally thats where you were expected to buy your tickets.

But at the other entrances they are in the same area.

At most parks, the ticket windows are just past the bag check area, but before the turnstiles. You have to walk right by them. For the Magic Kingdom, most are at the Transportation and Ticket Center, though there is also a small area with a couple of windows to the right of the entrance turnstiles.
