Ok, so at work yesterday I saw the best example of service here at UO.
My attraction is one that goes down in lightning storms, so we were not running, and some guests were still waiting in line. They were just standing there, bored.
My co-worker goes downstairs to the office and gets a box of Jenga blocks, and those rock em sock em robots, and tries to get people to play, trying to pass the time.
The Team Members then play against the guests at Jenga and they tell the guests "if you beat us, we will backdoor you at Spiderman." So the guests got really into it, and the guests beat the Team Members. So they Team Members took the guests, walked them up the exit for Spiderman and got them on.
THAT is amazing. I applauded the Team Member for organizing this whole thing, and he truly made their day.
Just thought I'd share.
