Guest Relations Closing Time at DHS

Is guest relations open during PM EMH at DHS? What time would it close? I may need to upgrade tickets to APs during PM EMH, if we add the evening we arrive. I currently only have 7 day and would being using an 8th. Don't want to lose my FP. Thanks

The parks don't operate without Guest Relations.
If the park is open, so is GR.

That said, it may be quite possible for YOU, yourself, to add the day from inside your MyDisneyExperience Account.

I saw your reply to someone about doing it through MDE. I'll try that first; GR is my backup. I prefer to not have to interact with people
