Can you buy Annual Passes at the International Gateway side of Epcot or do you have to go to the main enterance?

I've been through the enterance there several times, but I guess I never needed to buy tickets at the time as I don't recall the ticket booths.

Yes, we got ours there in Dec. When we went there was only 1 CM there and she was really sloooowwwww. (It was a Wednesday about 2 pm) She was a real sweetheart! When we walked up to the window no one else was around but when we finally finished there was about 20 people behind us waiting to buy tix.

you can get the annual pass at both - either the ticket booth - there are 2 (at least) or guest services. the ticket booth people are generally faster (my opinion)

We arrived at Disney the second Saturday of February and decided as soon as we checked in that we were starving. DH called dining from OKW at 4:45 p.m. and got a ressie at Mitsukoshi for 5:15 p.m. So we had 30 minutes and I laughed at my husband because we needed to get our APs first and I just couldn't believe we'd get there in time -- but away we went.

We parked at Boardwalk and did a light jog to International Gateway. Upon arriving at 5:02 p.m., I handed the CM my one green AP pre-purchase card, my DVC card and my Visa card and told her we wanted to purchase the second with the DVC discount. All she needed was my DH first name (she already had mine) and we were literally on our way to Japan by 5:05 p.m. I was amazed, and my DH couldn't help but rub in how wrong I was!!!

I think the International Gateway ticket window/guest services area is a hidden treasure of WDW!
