Guest Relations at EPCOT International Gateway

Is Guest Relations located inside or outside park gates? Since we are staying at Dolphin, I was thinking of going there the evening before our first park day, and getting the DAS pass stuff out of the way, so we don't have to deal with it in a probably more crowded situation the morning of our first MK day.

You can do that — many people do.

It’s on the left between security and the tapstiles, so you go through security but don’t enter the park.

We often like using that one. At least in the past, it has not been very busy.

Yes, it's outside the park. That's where I would go to buy my TiW card on arrival night.

You can see into the World Showcase part of EPCOT. Good to be aware in case it could cause an issue being able to see into the park, but not go in.

Yes, the Guest Relations window is outside of the park, very convenient for anyone staying at any of the Epcot Area Resorts.
