Guest Relations at Downtown Disney?

Can someone tell me where in DD Guest Relations is? I plan to go there to upgrade some PHs to APs when we arrive.
 
You have two locations.

One in the market place, right behind summer sands over by Pin Traders.

One in the West Side, right next to Wetzels Pretzels.
