We're invited to a wedding in May. It's at the wedding pavilion, and the reception is at the Grand FLoridian. The wedding is at noon, and the reception is at 1:00.

What should we expect time-wise??? My brother's going to take my daughter with him for the day (KIDS AREN"T INVITED!!! ), so I'm just wondering how long we'll be gone for the wedding.

Any other tips for the Disney wedding go-er would be appreciated!

The DFTW we recenly attended was about 4 hours for the reception, so I would guess you'll be all finished by 5ish?

If the reception is at Commander's Terrace at the Grand Floridian, you're going to an Intimate wedding, and those last 2 hours, tops. If it's anywhere else, you're going to a custom, and 4+ hours sounds about right!

I'm sure it's not intimate, so looks like we're looking at a 4 hour reception!!

Find out if they're doing any extras that might go later than that too - Illuminations dessert party, etc...

Well, on their website, there is a dessert party a couple day's before their wedding, but I have no idea if we're invited or not?? We've only gotten the save the date, not an official invitation yet!
