They look just like the badges that the CMs wear with their names on. We got ours from the World of Disney store in DTD.

I GOT MINE OFF EBAY... THEY HAD SEVERAL DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY ENGRAVED THEM FOR FREE.

You can buy them at WDW too.

I think you can get them at the jewelry store on main street. There is a store at MGM that sells/engraves them. If you are at the store at MGM, try to go early in the morning/afternoon. Sometimes they get backed up with all of the monogramming orders that it may take longer. They can ship it back to your resort.
They are a little picky on what you can put on there. I am a teacher and I wanted Mrs. (my last name) and they wouldn't do it-at first. I explained- ok- maybe it was a sob story......why I wanted it on there (how all of my students know how much I LOVE WDW, @ the bullentin board next to my desk that has all things Disney on it and a few pictures of my kidsand how I wanted one that I could wear to work! lol Anyway, they did it!
You will see quite a few people wearing them in the parks. It makes the 'magic' more special when a cast member/character calls you by your first name!
