Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can answer this for me.
I would like to book The Guest House for our return flight from Sanford. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

We have flights only booked with First Choice, but i think that if I book with them, I will have to attend a Welcome meeting on Day 1 to pick up a pass. :( No way am I doing this, my itinerary is far too busy!

Would I be able to book them either online with the airport or actually at the airport on arrival? If so, where do I go? Hope someone can help. :confused3 Thanks, Sara. :thumbsup2

Hi Nubbedy I was wondering the same. we are flying with MT. I know you can phone via Sanford Airport but was wondering to if there was an email address or something. I was also wondering if the Guest House gets awful crowded or is there seats for all who are booked in.

Hi, we travelled with first choice in Dec,

And we booked the guest house before we travelled, with the travel agent, and yes you get your voucher at the welcome meeting, and we hate going to these.

So we attended, and tried to do the guest house sell, "i am only here to collect our tickets for the guest house"

We were her worst nightmare. We had everything already and were not interested in any other trip or tickets.

Wasted nearly 1 hour as she was 25 mins late.

We booked the Guest House with TCD last July - we had booked flight only with them. They issued tickets - no welcome meeting for us. Maybe they will issue just the tickets to the Guest House for you - worth a phone call.

The Guest House was very quiet when we visited - outside in the main terminal building it was busy. Spent a bit of time on the internet - on the DIS boards - reporting back. My DD played on Playstation games and there was a big screen for films. We got 2 drinks each and they had snacks - pretzels etc. We have booked agin for this year.

Used this back in 2003 & would use it again.

kids enjoyed films & playstations, I enjoyed internet access & quiet room complete with comfy sofas.

We just turned up & paid to get in, no problem but I think this was the more costly option. Sorry can't remember how much it was. I just flashed the credit card. I figured 1 more use won't make a lot of difference!

Thanks for your replies. I'm quite free n easy with the credit card where this trip is concerned, so I'm not too bothered about how much it costs, just that I definitely get in there.

Pigby, excuse my ignorance but who or what is TCD? :confused3
Sara.

we had a 5 hour delay
so we just went up and booked right in

I think it was about $50 each

Hiya Nubbedy,

You can ask questions and book the guest house by email through michael.caires@tbiusinc.aero but please note that they need a credit card guarantee and flight details etc. Charge is I think, around $20 for adults and $15 or kids.

I wasn't keen to email them my cards details so I asked the best time to phone and was told Thursday afternoon. I got it booked - woohoo!!

Remember the time difference and try calling from 5pm UK time onwards. The direct phone number is 001 407 585 4740.

Good luck!

Prebooking with Travelcity cost us £28 for 2 adults and a child (£10 adults and £8 child) - it was the same price last year.
