Guest cannot find her magic band

We leave tomorrow, and my friend thought she had her magic band from the last time, but she can’t find it. Can they give her a grey one at the resort?

If not, will the park pass she uses be enough for the FPs she has? What about room key? Do they still have those?

She will be able to get a grey one at check in and once she adds it to her MDE her ticket will be on it. I usually bring a couple and switch between them on vaca just for something different.

Oh to add to this. I know they usually give you grey but in June I had a magic band issue so they took my band I was having an issue with. Don’t know why. I have at least 30. But that 1 band didn’t work. So they gave me a new band. They actually let me pick my color. I didn’t have to take grey. So they do have other colors back there. Maybe. I mean maybe it’s different at each resort who knows but if hey don’t want grey. Try and ask for a color. I ended up getting another blue cause I didn’t have the new atyle in blue yet.

I have had brand new bands and photopass gives me pictures of other people. The sensors that you need to touch it to should still work if the battery is dead for the proximity sensor.

My son's band broke on the way to the resort ( BLT ) , we checked in at the contemporary and they switched out his red band with a red band. I was a little surprised as well.
